A quick note, problems overlap more than people expect. Anxiety can show up in the gut, relationship stress can show up in the skin, and physical symptoms can start affecting confidence and mood. That’s why these hypnotherapy treatments are grouped by how life feels day to day, rather than neat categories on paper.

What working together tends to look like

Most people start with a free 20 minute consultation. It’s a chance to talk things through, ask questions, and get a feel for whether I’m the right person for you.

If you decide to go ahead, the first full session is longer (90 minutes) so we can properly understand what’s been happening and what needs to change. Follow up sessions are typically 60 minutes, and we build from there at a pace that suits you.

People sometimes worry they’ll “lose control” in hypnotherapy. In reality it’s usually a focused, calm state where you can think and feel more clearly, and where change is easier to access. You remain aware, you can speak, and you can stop at any time.

The aim of these hypnotherapy treatments is not to force you into a version of yourself that doesn’t fit. It’s to help you feel steadier, more able to cope, and less pulled around by old automatic responses.

In person near Crystal Palace, or online

I work in person at Anerley Town Hall & Business Centre, SE20 8BD, near Crystal Palace, and I also work with clients online. So if getting here is awkward, or you just prefer your own space, you still have options.

Some people like the simplicity of online sessions, others prefer being in the room. Either way, the work is still personal and collaborative, and you’re not left to “figure it out” on your own between sessions.
